National Head - Curriculum & Academics

Ms. Krishna Pandya is an experienced Early Childhood Educationist, Behavioural Counsellor, NLP Practitioner, and education leader with over 17 years of expertise in academic leadership, curriculum design, early childhood education, and school administration. As the National Curriculum Head at RBIS, she leads the development of academic frameworks, curriculum innovation, and teacher capacity building across the institution. Her work focuses on designing story-led, play-driven learning systems aligned with developmental principles and NEP 2020, with a strong emphasis on creating structured yet child-centered and experiential learning environments.

She also conducts academic audits and quality reviews based on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and NEP 2020, supporting schools in strengthening curriculum implementation, teaching practices, learning outcomes, and overall academic excellence.
