Ms. Poojan Revankar is an operations and administration professional with expertise in institutional management, process development, and organisational coordination. At RBIS, she leads administration and operational strategy, ensuring structured systems, efficient workflows, and seamless school functioning across the organisation.

She plays a key role in policy formulation, SOP development, franchise support, and operational planning, helping establish consistent standards across RBIS centres. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, parent relations, and institutional experience, she works closely with academic and leadership teams to strengthen organisational effectiveness and support the schoolʼs vision of delivering high quality educational experiences.
